The present invention relates to a pump device, and more particularly, to a pump device that can be built in a small space.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A conventional pump device is mostly built on a pump housing provided with an inlet and an outlet. An electric motor is coupled to the pump housing. A motor shaft is formed on a top end of the electric motor. A pump rotor is attached to the motor shaft. A pump impeller is fastened to a top end of the pump rotor. A pump drive shaft is formed on a bottom end of the pump rotor. A connecting member is provided in the pump drive shaft to connect the pump drive shaft and a transmission wheel. The transmission wheel is coupled to the crankshaft of the engine via a clutch. A torsion spring is sleeved in the connecting member.
An installation space is needed for the motor, the electric motor, the pump housing, the pump rotor, the pump drive shaft and the connecting member. This makes the pump device bulky and inconvenient to carry.Q:
